INTERESTED IN PLAYING SOCCER IN 2012?
Villa FC has a proud history of providing a fun football experience for the people of the Alstonville plateau since 1972. Players turning 5 and up can play for our club. Grade 6 to 11 play small sided non-competitive football. Grade 12 and up play full field competitive football.
New players are very welcome.
Training is on a mid week afternoon/evening and games are Saturday mornings for mixed juniors and Friday night or Sunday mornings for junior girls. Senior Mens games are usually Saturday afternoons and Senior Womens games are usually Friday nights or Sundays.
Sign-on for 2012 will be Sat 11 Feb (8:30AM to 11:30AM) and Sat 18 Feb (9:00AM to 2:00PM) at Geoff Watt clubhouse. Also at Alstonville Plaza on Fri 17 Feb (2:00PM to 5:00PM).
There will also be an extra payment night on Fri 24 Feb (6:00PM to 8:00PM) at GW.
Sometime after sign-on players will commence training in the form of a muster (Gr6-11) or grading (Gr12 and up). The schedule for these will be given at sign-on. Teams will then be formed and coaches allocated. Coaches will contact players regarding training days and times.

2012 Villa FC Senior Men's GradingWith the new season fast approaching, Villa FC's Senior Men's Grading for 2012 will commence this Sunday 29th January from 4.30-6.30pm at Crawford Park. Villa Womens Training 2012Training for Villa women has started and is running every Sunday from 4:30 to 6:30pm at Crawford Park and every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30pm also at Crawford Park. If interested in trying out for any of the womens teams please come along. Friday, 27 January 2012 07:46 |
FREE Junior Coaching CoursesFootball Northern NSW is conducting free coaching courses for Grassroots (small sided football) and Junior licence courses. Villa FC encourages all junior coaches to have some kind of qualification and these courses would be ideal. They will also give coaches a head start for season 2012. 2012 Referees CoursePlans have been finalised to conduct a Level 4 Junior Referee course at the start of the 2012 season. The cost of the course will be $50 per person. The course will be held over three days/nights at the South Lismore Bowling Club as follows; Session One: Sunday 26th of February 2012 (9am - 3.30pm)

Getting Ready for 2012
